How long will it take?
Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks. All items are carefully packed and sent out from our warehouse, and delivery times can vary a little depending on where you are in the world.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is 100% free worldwide — no minimum order, no hidden fees, no surprises at checkout. We ship to every country and territory.
How Your Order Gets to You

As soon as your purchase goes through, you’ll get an email with your order details, reference number, and an estimated delivery window.
2. Processing (1–2 business days)
We verify your order, run quality checks, pack everything carefully, and get it ready to ship.
3. Shipping & tracking
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can follow your package in real time through our tracking system.
4. Delivery
Your order will be delivered to the address you provided. Most deliveries don’t require a signature, and everything is packed to arrive in perfect condition.

Your delivery address
Please take a moment to double-check your address before completing your order. Once it’s placed, we’re unable to make changes — and orders sent to an incorrect address can’t be refunded. Don’t forget apartment numbers or building codes if they apply.
Tracking your order
You can track your package any time, day or night, through our website. We send email updates at key points along the journey, and our customer service team is always available if you need a hand.
Common Questions
My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
Please give it the full 5 weeks before getting in touch. If it still hasn’t shown up after that, contact our customer service team with your order number and we’ll look into it straight away.
Can I update my delivery address after ordering?
Unfortunately not — once an order is placed, the address is locked in. Please make sure everything looks right before you check out.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
Yes, we do ship to PO boxes in most countries, though delivery to these addresses may take a little longer than usual.
What if I’m not home when my order arrives?
No worries — most deliveries don’t need a signature. If you’re out, the courier will either follow their standard process for unattended deliveries or leave a notice letting you know how to collect your parcel.
