If you need to return or exchange an item, just make sure it’s new, unworn, and unused — and send it back within 30 days of your order being fulfilled. This applies to sale items too.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

All returns and exchanges are handled through our dedicated returns portal. To get started, you’ll need your order number and the email address or phone number linked to your order.


Exchanging an Item

To exchange something, email us at support@jerseymoment.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have that, pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address we’ll include in our reply.


Ordered the Wrong Item?

If you accidentally ordered the wrong thing and it’s already been shipped, you can kick off an exchange through our returns portal. Here’s how it works:

  • You cover the shipping cost to send the item back to us.
  • We cover the shipping cost for your replacement.

Received the Wrong Item?

We’re sorry if we got your order wrong — that’s on us and we’ll fix it fast. Here’s what to do:

  1. Start a return or exchange request through our returns portal.
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
  3. Select the correct item through the portal and we’ll get it shipped to you right away.
